Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.

Standard shipping within continental North America typically takes 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier and circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. Aura & Anchor is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned or undeliverable because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
